For the last year we have been asking our customers what they really think of us.

This could have gone really badly and upset us but it’s really important to us that we know the truth. It’s only with our customer’s honest feedback that we can improve our service and products. We put comment cards on every table and they can be filled in anonymously or they can be filled in with your details so we can add you to our mailing lists.

However we had had some amazing responses on these comment cards. So good in fact we that we want to post them on the web!
